DC-Link-Kondensatoren in Zwischenkreisen

Bei Produkten, die direkt am Stromnetz (230V) betrieben werden, ist es ab einer Leistungsaufnahme von 75W Pflicht, den Blindleistungsanteil bzw. die Oberwellen zu limitieren. Dies wird oft durch eine aktive PFC (Power Factor Correction) erreicht. Diese ist dem eigentlichen Schaltnetzteil vorgeschaltet und erzeugt aus den gepulsten Strömen digitaler Netzteile einen Sinus-Strom mit sehr geringer Phasenverschiebung. Um dem Netzteil eine möglichst stabile Spannung zur Verfügung stellen zu können, wird zwischen PFC und Netzteil ein Kondensator benötigt. DC-Link-Kondensatoren sind für diese Aufgabe optimiert und bieten einen sehr niedrigen ESR, ESL und sind selbstheilend.
