Wire-Wound Magnetic Coated Power Inductors

SWPA Series
Sunlord’s latest standard semi-shielded wire wound power inductors feature high-density ferrite core made from fine microcrystalline material. The new metalized ferrite core structure provides improved shock resistance and damage-free durability, while magnetic resin coating of winding improves EMI performance. SWPA series consists of more than 20 different form factors in 6 different land pattern sizes and covers inductance ranges from 220nH to 680µH. The series offers a 30% higher current carrying capacity compared to conventional inductors.
SPH Series
A low DC resistance version of SWPA reduces losses by approximately 30%. Its form factor starts from 2.0x1.6 mm.
WPN Series
This series was developed for high saturation current applications. With its metal-based core, saturation current is typically 30% higher compared to SWPA series.

Molded Power Inductors

Sunlord's molded type SMD power inductors are both compact and robust. The alloy magnetic powder core ensures a high current carrying capacity. Additionally, they provide low DCR and reduced leakage flux due to complete magnetic shielding.
MWSA-S Series
This standard molded power inductor covers an inductance range of 100nH to 150µH and comes in sizes ranging from 4.2x4.4 mm to 22x23.5 mm. It features an alloy powder mold with round wire. Known for its reliable electrical performance, the MWSA-S series is produced using the cold press forming process and can operate in temperatures between -40°C and +125°C.
MWFC-S Series
Sunlord’s high-performance T-core molded power inductor further reduces electric losses and offers exceptional saturation current with high efficiency in combination with its flat wire. The MWFC-S series is ideal for applications requiring top performance and works within an extended temperature range of -55℃ to +125°C.
WT Series
This series is engineered for exceptional performance in high-frequency applications.
Using its patented innovative technology, the WT series is manufactured by ultra-low-pressure molding. Featuring extremely low DCR and ultra-low AC losses, it excels at switching frequencies up to 5MHz. With excellent saturation characteristics and an extended temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, these inductors offer reliable performance in demanding environments.
MWTC Series
The MWTC series offers the smallest foot-print of 1.4 x 1.2mm and was developed for highly integrated products. It utilizes new self-developed low-loss, high-performance materials, combined with advanced molding synthesis technology, and patented electrodes. Its hot spray coating enables excellent corrosion resistance. Sunlord’s automated mass production line offers competitive pricing, resulting in MWTC being one of the high-runner series. Its operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C.
