Thermally conductive adhesive

The thermally conductive two-component adhesive has a short curing time and enables an effective thermal connection between the electronic components and the cooling element. The material has an exceptionally high adhesive property, which means that no additional mechanical fastening is necessary. The thermally conductive adhesive consists of two pasty components that can be mixed, blended and applied using a static mixing tube. Only a small amount of the adhesive is required for application, which is applied to the surface to be bonded.
