KERATHERM® SOFTTHERM® films are a group of highly elastic, ceramic-filled films. They excel thanks to their exceptional compressibility and their optimum plasticity while exhibiting effective thermal conductivity and good electrical properties. These films are especially suitable to compensate for greater component surface irregularities or to use in applications sensitive to pressure.
