KERATHERM® Standard Films feature a smooth surface to ensure that no air inclusions impair heat transfer from the component to the cooling profile. The material compensates for microscopic irregularities on the contact surfaces, improving the heat contact surface and increasing heat dissipation.
These standard films exhibit good flexibility, optimized thermally conductivity, good compressibility and effective insulation properties. The films are also environmentally friendly and RoHS-compliant.
