Processing and Application of Adhesive Films

- Delivery forms: Available as practical roll goods or custom die-cut parts tailored to your application.
- Application: Die-cut parts can be manually positioned and bonded. For higher volumes, automated processes using “pick & place” systems are ideal. The adhesive film is peeled from a liner and precisely placed on the component or heat sink.
