Our Kerafol range focuses in particular on versatile thermal interface materials and gap filler pads. Unlike thermal adhesives, these often enable non-permanent mounting:

Kerafol thermal interface materials (e.g., KERATHERM® films)

  • Description: Thin, flexible films—often silicone- or polymer-based—sometimes reinforced with glass fiber or other carrier materials. Available in various thicknesses and degrees of hardness.
  • Properties:
    • Good to very high thermal conductivity.
    • Optional electrical insulation or conductivity.
    • Good adaptability to surfaces.
    • Available as rolls or custom-cut parts.
  • Typical applications: Connection of power semiconductors (e.g., TO-220, TO-247) to heat sinks, cooling of processors and FPGAs, thermal coupling at the circuit board level.

    • Easy to handle thanks to cut-to-size or sheet form.
