DC Fast Charging: CCS2 and MCS for Maximum Power
For fast charging on the go and in commercial settings, high-performance DC systems are essential. Yonggui offers leading-edge technology:
- CCS2 (Combined Charging System 2): The European standard for DC fast charging.
- YG1403 Series (Air-Cooled): Rugged connectors for 80 A to 400 A. Ideal for public and semi-public charging points.
- YG1403 Series (Liquid-Cooled): For High Power Charging (HPC) up to 600 A (higher on request). Liquid cooling ensures thermal protection even at peak power.
- MCS (Megawatt Charging System): The upcoming standard for ultra-fast charging of heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, buses).
- YG-MCS Series: Yonggui is a pioneer in MCS, offering connectors and inlets for up to 1500 A and 1500 V. Enables rapid charging of large batteries—a milestone for electrifying heavy transport.
AC Charging: Reliable Solutions for Everyday Use
For widespread AC charging at home, workplaces, or public AC points, Yonggui offers proven, standard-compliant components:
- AC Charging Connectors Type 1 & Type 2: Durable connectors per regional standards (Type 1 for North America/Japan, Type 2 for Europe), with integrated cables and user-friendly handling.
Regional Standards & Future Developments
- NACS (North American Charging Standard): Yonggui is actively developing liquid-cooled connectors up to 600 A for this emerging standard.
- GB/T: Compliant connectors and inlets for the Chinese market are also available via alfatec.
System Components & Accessories
A complete charging system requires more than just the connector:
- Charging Inlets: High-quality vehicle-side inlets for CCS2, MCS, AC, GB/T, and NACS.
- Holder Brackets: Practical holsters for charging plugs at stations.
- Adapters: For specific transition scenarios (availability upon request).
- Liquid Cooling Units: Compact and efficient cooling systems (up to 6 kW) for liquid-cooled connectors (CCS2, NACS, MCS). Uses oil or glycol-based media to ensure safe operation at high power levels.
