  • Capsule Cell Thyristors: For extremely high current ratings from 400 A to 5200 A and voltages from 400 V to 6500 V. Ideal for heavy industrial applications. 
  • Power Module Thyristors: Compact and powerful modules for easy integration. Available as thyristor/thyristor and thyristor/diode modules with voltage ratings from 1200 V to 2500 V and current ratings from 26 A to 570 A.
