Current Sensors

Thanks to the patented back-side semiconductor technology, the S4Sensors current sensor can measure the magnetic field in the direction parallel to the surface of the busbar. In addition to the conventional measurement method, the S4-CSA01/CSA02 can significantly reduce the influence of the external magnetic field by using the differential measurement mode. A robust, integrated temperature compensation algorithm ensures high stability and a very low lifetime drift.

Position Sensors

The S4-3DB01 sensor can directly measure the magnetic field in all three dimensions with outstanding sensitivity using its patented back-side semiconductor technology. The use of four element clusters means that the S4-3DB01 is not only immune to stray fields in traditional operating modes such as rotation and linear displacement, but is also able to operate SFI-capable joystick applications based on a single sensor solution. Low temperature and lifetime drift, as well as a wake-up function for magnetic and temperature events, round off the outstanding application flexibility of the S4-3DB01.
